I  a”Se:1Ie deed dated 29.12.1995. Pursuam: thereto,<\/p>\n
thepetiiiorzer is said to have secured the mutation order<\/p>\n
I  Ibf the purpose of change of revenue entries and the<\/p>\n
I same was ordered in M.R.Ne.22\/97\u00bb~98. The contesting<\/p>\n

\nrespondent N03,’? and 8 claim to be aggieved by __t.’x1e<\/p>\n
said mutation entry. They contend that the revefI;t:e_<\/p>\n
entries made in their names vide M.R.No.2\/  *<\/p>\n

is limitedenigrto  of mutation orders for the<\/p>\n

5. In order to consider this aspect of the matter,<\/p>\n
the only relevant facts to be noticed at this <\/p>\n
that respondent Nos?’ and 8 Claim right to  <\/p>\n
based on an earlier unregstered sale deed  the   K ‘<\/p>\n
partition said to have been effected betw\ufb01eerl.  77:.<\/p>\n
members. in this regar\u00ab2l{~..\n<\/p>\n

to consivderasi \u00abof-the entries should remain on<\/p>\n
record  dthe VI3a’Ca1=e’: ‘ Jproteetion of right of the<\/p>\n
     dispesed of and the right as<\/p>\n
in    Civil Court is acted upon.\n<\/p>\n

daied 29.12.1995 which remains valid and since based<\/p>\n

and accordingly, the same “quasheti.  <\/p>\n
8. Having  so’,’V”the.V::\\’.}1iestion- vge’uld aiso arise<\/p>\n
with regard _Viiatu_z’fe-…of protecting the interest of<\/p>\n
the parties’-arid   it is made clear that even<\/p>\n
 theugifi the m\ufb01tatioii order in M.R.No.22\/ 1997.93 shall<\/p>\n
A’-._rem:-air:  until the matter is resolved before the<\/p>\n
cm}toem%\u00e9.;teu:get*rahsndar is directed to make an entry<\/p>\n
V    1 1 of the RTC to indicate the pendeney of<\/p>\n

  between the parties in the Civil Court relating to<\/p>\n
