Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is not named in the first information report and in<\/p>\n<p>                    course of investigation photograph of the petitioner was shown to the<\/p>\n<p>                    witnesses who suspected the involvement of the petitioner in the<\/p>\n<p>                    alleged crime and on the basis of the aforesaid material, petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                    arrested and confessed his guilt. Apart from aforesaid material, there<\/p>\n<p>                    is nothing against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Accordingly, petitioner, Roshan Kumar, is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.<\/p>\n<p>                    Sessions Judge III, Patna in Sessions Trial no. 1170\/2010 arising out<\/p>\n<p>                    of Pirbahor P.S.
