No.27564\/2008-F\n                   ==========================\n                  Dated this the 22nd day of October, 2009\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner herein, was placed under suspension as per Ext. P1 for<\/p>\n<p>involvement in Crime No.258\/2004.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The writ petition is mainly filed for a direction to the respondents<\/p>\n<p>to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner including the arrears from<\/p>\n<p>July, 2007 and for a further direction to the respondents to revoke the order<\/p>\n<p>of suspension and reinstate the petitioner in service..<\/p>\n<p>      3. The learned Government Pleader on getting instructions from the<\/p>\n<p>respondents submitted that the subsistence allowance up to 31.08.2009<\/p>\n<p>stands disbursed on 19.09.2009. It is also assured that on production of non<\/p>\n<p>employment certificate the allowance due        from time to time will be<\/p>\n<p>disbursed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner had been under suspension from 2004 onwards the same may be<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). No.27564\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>ordered to be revoked. It is up to the petitioner to move any of the statutory<\/p>\n<p>authorities in the matter and if a representation is filed in this regard, the<\/p>\n<p>same will be considered in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p>     The W.P.C. is accordingly disposed of.
