Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :23\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n           ----------------------------------------------\n           Bail Application No.7522 of 2010\n          ------------------------------------------------\n     Dated this the 23rd day of November, 2010\n\n                            ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner, who is accused No.1 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.1345 of 2010 of Attingal Police Station for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 420 and 34 I.P.C., seeks her<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.         The petitioner was arrested on<\/p>\n<p>09\/11\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the<\/p>\n<p>application contending inter alia that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>though a lady is altogether involved in five crimes and<\/p>\n<p>that she was an L.I.C agent who had cheated several<\/p>\n<p>persons.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.   Having regard to the gravity of the offences,<\/p>\n<p>nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>the relative conduct of the parties, the extent of the injury<\/p>\n<p>sustained,   the    propensities      of   the    petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>sentiments of the victims and their near relatives and the<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.7522\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>other facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the<\/p>\n<p>view that if the petitioner is released on bail, she will<\/p>\n<p>definitely influence and intimidate the prosecution<\/p>\n<p>witnesses. There is also the likelihood of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>making herself scarce and fleeing from justice. I am,<\/p>\n<p>therefore, not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at<\/p>\n<p>this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>      This petition is accordingly dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                   V.
