The petitioner applied for certified<br \/>\ncopy on 1.11.2007 which was delivered on 17.11.2007 whereinafter the<br \/>\npresent petition has been preferred.  Therefore, the delay of 14 days<br \/>\ntook place.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOn<br \/>\nnotice, the respondents have appeared except respondent Nos. 3\/1 and<br \/>\n3\/2 who refused to accept the notice.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nground through the petition and being satisfied with the ground, the<br \/>\ndelay of 14 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nCivil Application stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t[S.\n<\/p>\n<p>J.
