Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a<br \/>\n      brilliant   student,    who     has   appeared   in   the   12th   Standard<br \/>\n      Examination, conducted by the Central Board of Secondary<br \/>\n      Education, for the year, 2011, result of which was published on 27th<br \/>\n      May, 2011. Having seen the result, the petitioner came to know that<br \/>\n      he has obtained only 37 marks in Chemistry paper and, therefore,<br \/>\n      the petitioner applied for re-totalling of the marks in the said paper<br \/>\n      on 31st May, 2011. However, nothing having been heard from the<br \/>\n      respondents, the present petition has been preferred by the<br \/>\n      petitioner. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the<br \/>\n      petitioner that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a sum of<br \/>\n      Rs.2,500\/- (rupees two thousand and five hundred) before this<br \/>\n      Court, so that the answer sheet of Chemistry paper may be brought<br \/>\n      to the Court and may be verified by this Court, about the re-totalling<br \/>\n      of the marks and to see that if any answer is left out by the examiner<br \/>\n      from being examined and the petitioner is ready to deposit the said<br \/>\n      amount, if permitted by this Court, within a period of three days from<br \/>\n      today.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    Learned counsel for the respondent-Board submitted that in<br \/>\n      pursuance of the notice, issued by this Court, he has verified the<br \/>\n      same from his client, who has replied that the application of the<br \/>\n      petitioner has already been answered and the marks given in the<br \/>\n      answer sheet of Chemistry paper has been re-totalled and has been<br \/>\n      found to be correct. Nonetheless, for the satisfaction of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                   2.<\/span><br \/>\n                  petitioner, if the aforesaid amount is ordered to be deposited by the<br \/>\n                  petitioner and if the amount is actually deposited, the authorities of<br \/>\n                  the respondent-Board are ready to present the copy of the answer<br \/>\n                  sheet of Chemistry paper of the petitioner before this Court, on the<br \/>\n                  next date of hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>             3.   In view of the aforesaid submissions, it appears that there is already<br \/>\n                  a re-totalling done by the authorities of the respondent-Board of the<br \/>\n                  Chemistry paper in which the petitioner has appeared and the marks<br \/>\n                  given by the respondent-Board has been found to be correct.<br \/>\n                  Nonetheless, only for satisfaction of the petitioner, if the amount of<br \/>\n                  Rs.2,500\/- (rupees two thousand and five hundred) is deposited by<br \/>\n                  the petitioner before this Court, within a period of three days from<br \/>\n                  today, I hereby direct the respondent-Board to present the answer<br \/>\n                  sheet of Chemistry paper of the petitioner before this Court on the<br \/>\n                  next date of hearing, so as to check whether there is any error in re-<br \/>\n                  totalling of the marks or whether any answer has been left out to be<br \/>\n                  examined by the examiner.\n<\/p>\n<p>             4.   Copy of the receipt showing deposit of the amount will be pointed<br \/>\n                  out by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the learned counsel<br \/>\n                  for the respondent-Board and if the amount is deposited, then the<br \/>\n                  Board is directed to present the answer sheet of Chemistry paper of<br \/>\n                  the petitioner before this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>             5.   The matter is adjourned to be listed on 19th July, 2011 under the<br \/>\n                  heading &#8220;For Final Disposal&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                       ( D.N.
