No.30652 of 2008\nArun Kumar Singh, son of Ramadhar Singh, village Gamhari, PS Baikunthpur, District Gopalganj\n                                      - Petitioner.\n                                         Versus\n                                     State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2      24.6.2011                       Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                       This application has been filed for quashing of the<\/p>\n<p>                           F.I.R. as well as the entire proceeding of Baikunthpur PS Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                           130\/2006 for the offences under section 498A of the Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                           and \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       According to the F.I.R. a prima facie case is made out<\/p>\n<p>                           against the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid circumstances I am<\/p>\n<p>                           not inclined to interfere in this case.
