No.35675 of 2010\n                                    RAJ KUMAR MAHTO\n                                             Versus\n                                     STATE OF BIHAR\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2      16.11.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is an accused in Complaint Case No.753 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2000 (Trial No.483 of 2010) for the offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>                     under Section 498A and 323 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                              Admittedly, petitioner is husband and the case against<\/p>\n<p>                     him was filed in the year 2000 but he never surrendered<\/p>\n<p>                     before the learned court below, rather he preferred<\/p>\n<p>                     Anticipatory Bail Petition No.11 of 2004 before learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Sessions Judge, but the said anticipatory bail application was<\/p>\n<p>                     rejected and thereafter petitioner absconded.
