No.7849 of 2009\n                             RABIN SAHNI\n                                 Versus\n                           STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>7.        23.06.2010            Perused the report at Flag &#8216;P&#8217; stating therein<\/p>\n<p>                        that Sessions Case in question has been disposed of by 9th<\/p>\n<p>                        of April 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  That being so, the order of this court dated<\/p>\n<p>                        19.5.2010 as with regard to direction to the District and<\/p>\n<p>                        Sessions Judge, Samastipur is recalled.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The District and Sessions Judge however in<\/p>\n<p>                        future is expected to be more careful in taking into<\/p>\n<p>                        account the directions given by this Court as with regard<\/p>\n<p>                        to expeditious disposal of the case.<\/p>\n<p>                                  With the aforementioned observation, the<\/p>\n<p>                        record of this case is consigned.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>kanchan                                                        (Mihir Kumar Jha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Chandan Sah vs State Of Bihar on 23 June, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
