No.30381 of 2011\n                       Ram Utar Choudhary son of Late Domi Choudhary\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   15.09.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                  under Sections 302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering that the petitioner is the elder brother-in-law of<\/p>\n<p>                  the deceased and there is no specific overt-act against him as also<\/p>\n<p>                  mother of the deceased has said that her husband has pressed the neck,<\/p>\n<p>                  let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                  bond of Rs. 5,000\/-(five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                  each or any other surety to be fixed by the Court below to the<\/p>\n<p>                  satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur,<\/p>\n<p>                  Madhubani in connection with Andhratharhi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                  subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 A. That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is<\/p>\n<p>                  related with the petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish<\/p>\n<p>                  information to the court about any change in the address of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                                 D. That the petitioner will give an undertaking that he<\/p>\n<p>                  will receive the police papers on the given date and be present on date<\/p>\n<p>                  fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two given dates and delays<\/p>\n<p>                  the trial in any manner, his bail will be liable to be cancelled for<\/p>\n<p>                  reasons of misuse.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 E.
