She has submitted<br \/>\nthat the substantive post of the respondent is that of a Wireman and<br \/>\nwhenever the respondent is required to work as a Light Inspector,<br \/>\nextra allowance is being paid to him. She also submitted that having<br \/>\nregard to the said fact and material available on record, which is<br \/>\nrelated to the said issue, the Court has, by order dated 21.10.2010,<br \/>\nadmitted the petition and also granted ad-interim relief.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Shukla, learned advocate for the respondent, has opposed the<br \/>\nad-interim relief and submitted that after adjudication, the Court<br \/>\nhas directed the petitioner to pay the difference of wages and that<br \/>\ntherefore, stay of the said direction ought not be granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tMs.\n<\/p>\n<p>Joshi has referred to the document at Annexure-D and submitted that<br \/>\ntwo posts are different and so far as the post of Light Inspector is<br \/>\nconcerned, there is only one sanctioned post whereas the respondent<br \/>\nis engaged as Wireman and that therefore, the impugned award has been<br \/>\npassed without having regard to the material on record. Mr. Shukla,<br \/>\nlearned advocate has opposed this submission.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nthis view of the matter, the ad-interim relief granted earlier will<br \/>\ncontinue to operate until final hearing and disposal of the writ<br \/>\npetition.
