The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after<\/p>\n<p>completing the investigation, charge was laid in the case on<\/p>\n<p>5\/10\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Reserving the right of the petitioners to apply for<\/p>\n<p>regular bail, this Bail Application is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                    K.T.
