Prayer in<br \/>\nterms of Para19(d) reads as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;19(d)\tTo<br \/>\nissue a Writ of Prohibition against the respondent No.4 Police<br \/>\nInspector Mr.J.M.Patel, presently working with DCB Police Station,<br \/>\nSurat not to interfere with the petitioner&#8217;s matrimonial life as also<br \/>\nin the investigation of the FIR being I-CR No.101 of 2011 registered<br \/>\nwith J.P.Road Police Station, Vadodara either directly or<br \/>\nindirectly;&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHaving<br \/>\nheard Mr.Pandya, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\npetitioner, such a prayer in terms of Para-19(d) in the present<br \/>\npetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be<br \/>\ngranted. Hence, the present petition is dismissed qua prayer in terms<br \/>\nof Para 19(d). For rest of the prayers, let the learned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor get the instructions from the<br \/>\nconcerned Investigating Officer.
