Khagaria.\n                                                            .........Petitioner\n                                          Versus\n                  The State of Bihar\n                                                            ..........Opp. Party\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   22.07.2011               Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In a criminal prosecution registered under<\/p>\n<p>                    Sections 307\/34 of the Indian Penal Code as also under<\/p>\n<p>                    Section 27 of the Arms Act, co-accused Devendra<\/p>\n<p>                    Chaudhary is alleged to have fired twice causing injury to<\/p>\n<p>                    two persons. Though, the petitioner is also named in the<\/p>\n<p>                    F.I.R. and was allegedly armed with a fire arm, but he is not<\/p>\n<p>                    alleged to have fired and is not alleged to have caused injury<\/p>\n<p>                    to any person. The petitioner is said to be in judicial custody<\/p>\n<p>                    since 15.03.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this<\/p>\n<p>                    case, particularly in view of period of incarceration, the<\/p>\n<p>                    above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd<\/p>\n<p>                    Additional Session Judge, Khagaria in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Sessions Trial No. 450 of 2010 arising out of Morkahi P.S.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Case No.62 of 2009 (G.R.
