No.17678 of 2008\n                          PHULJHARIYA DEVI\n                               Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3      15.7.2008                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                    counsel appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner is an accused in a case under Section<\/p>\n<p>                    302 of the Indian Penal Code. The First Information Report was<\/p>\n<p>                    lodged under Section 498(A) and 306 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                    during investigation the witnesses have stated that the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                    had committed suicide.
