Jain, J.<\/p>\n<p>1. Reply filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. In this application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act for the grant of maintenance pendente lite and litigation expenses, it has been averred in paragraph 4 that there had been an increase in the salary of the respondent. Although, it is denied that the respondent is getting Rs. 3000\/- per month as salary yet increase from Rs. 1257\/-to Rs. 1758\/- per month has been admitted even by the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. After reading the averments made in the application and the reply, this Court is of the opinion that an increase of Rs. 100\/- per month is called for. In view thereof, the maintenance pendente-lite is fixed at the rate of Rs. 500\/- per month from the date of the filing of the application and Rs. 1000\/- is fixed by way of litigation expenses.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
