DENESAN, J.\n\n\n\n                    = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n                     W.P.(C) No.33882 OF 2006 H\n\n                    = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n\n               Dated this the 19th January, 2007\n\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The   petitioner   is   working   as   Part-time   Sweeper   on<\/p>\n<p>daily   wages.            She   has   filed   application   for<\/p>\n<p>regularisation   of   her   service   and   for   pay   and<\/p>\n<p>allowances   at   the   rate   applicable   to   regular   employees<\/p>\n<p>in   terms   of   the   Government   Orders   on   the   subject.\n<\/p>\n<p>Facts   necessary   for   consideration   of   the   claim   of   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   have   been   stated   by   her   in   Ext.   P4<\/p>\n<p>representation   filed   before   the   1st  respondent.     The<\/p>\n<p>Executive   Engineer   (Respondent   No.   3)   as   per   Ext.   P3<\/p>\n<p>has   written   to   the   Superintending   Engineer   about   the<\/p>\n<p>need   for   having   one   more   post   of   Part-time   Sweeper   in<\/p>\n<p>the P.W.D. Building Section.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.        Government   is   the   competent   authority   to<\/p>\n<p>create or sanction posts of Part-time Sweepers and also<\/p>\n<p>to   pass   orders   regularising   the   service   of   the<\/p>\n<p>incumbents          working         in         the         various         government<\/p>\n<p>departments as per Govt. Order dated 25-11-2005.       It<\/p>\n<p>is,   therefore,   only   just   and   proper   that   Ext.   P4<\/p>\n<p>representation   filed  by  the  petitioner  is  taken  up  for<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No.33882 \/2006                 -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>consideration   along   with   Ext.   P3   letter   and   other<\/p>\n<p>particulars   furnished   by   the   subordinate   engineers.\n<\/p>\n<p>Government shall pass orders   on Ext. P4 in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with law within two months from the date of receipt of<\/p>\n<p>a copy of the judgment along with the  copy of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition.     Until   orders   are   passed   on   Ext.   P4,   status<\/p>\n<p>quo   as   it   obtains   today   shall   continue,   as   far   as   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    K.K.
