The matter was further heard on 12.3.2010. The appellant is\nrepresented by his son Shri Krishan Pal and his daughter-in-law Smt\nRanjana Singh. The Land &amp; Building Department of the Government of\nDelhi is represented by Shri R.K. Saini, Office Superintendent. Shri Saini\nsubmits that he has checked up the records but the documents requested for\nby the appellant are not available with his Department. He, however,\nsuggests that there is a possibility of these records being available with\nLand and Development, Office of the MoUD.\n\n3.     In view of the above, notice may be issued to the Director, Land &amp;\nDevelopment Office, MoUD, New Delhi, with the direction to have the\nrecords traced out and appear before the Commission either personally or\nthrough a Senior Officer on 7.6.2010 at 1030.\n\n4.
