RESPONDENTS\n                                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   12.07.2011              Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner&#8217;s   prayer     is    for   a   direction    to<\/p>\n<p>                   Respondents to grant him pay-scale of Matric Trained<\/p>\n<p>                   Teacher from the date he has attained 45 years of age<\/p>\n<p>                   or completed 15 years of service.<\/p>\n<p>                              For claiming this relief, petitioner has placed<\/p>\n<p>                   reliance on a Departmental letter no. 274,663,043,<\/p>\n<p>                   dated 04.11.1966. Reference of this letter has been<\/p>\n<p>                   given in the Office          Order, issued by          the District<\/p>\n<p>                   Superintendent of Education, East Champaran to Block<\/p>\n<p>                   Education    Extension    Officer,    which      was    issued   on<\/p>\n<p>                   03.05.2003.     Petitioner    has    not    gone     through     the<\/p>\n<p>                   contents of this letter. He does not know whether this<\/p>\n<p>                   letter has any application in his case, but he claims his<\/p>\n<p>                   relief, based on this letter.
