RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                   BAIL APPLICATION NO.311  OF 2007\n\n                - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n             DATED THIS THE 22nd  DAY OF JANUARY, 2007\n\n\n                                       O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is<\/p>\n<p>the accused in Cr.No.266\/06  of  Mavelikara Excise Range  for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 8(1) and 8(2) of the Abkari Act for having<\/p>\n<p>been   found   in   possession   of   10   litres   of   illicit   arrack   on   23.12.2006,<\/p>\n<p>seeks his enlargement on bail.  He was arrested on the same day.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.      Having regard to the nature of the   offences, the duration<\/p>\n<p>of judicial custody of the petitioner and the other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case etc.,   I  am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.   Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond<\/p>\n<p>for   Rs.20,000\/-   (Rupees   twenty   thousand   only)   with   two   solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties   each   for   the   like   amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.,<\/p>\n<p>Mavelikara and subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       1.      Petitioner   shall   report   before   the   Investigating<\/p>\n<p>       Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       2.      The   petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the<\/p>\n<p>       prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper with<\/p>\n<p>       the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>B.A.NO.311\/07                       Page numbers<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                 3.
