Heard        learned    counsels        for     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The    petitioner      is   apprehending        his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Section<\/p>\n<p>                   366A\/34 of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It     is     alleged       that     the      minor<\/p>\n<p>                   daughter of the informant was abducted. In<\/p>\n<p>                   164 Cr. P.C. statement the victim has also<\/p>\n<p>                   named the petitioner but the main accused<\/p>\n<p>                   Dharmendra Jaiswal @ Ajay Jaishwal has been<\/p>\n<p>                   granted regular bail. While considering the<\/p>\n<p>                   164    Cr.    P.     C.    statement,     it    appears      that<\/p>\n<p>                   only Dharmendra Jaiswal was charge sheeted<\/p>\n<p>                   and investigation is pending with regard to<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner and others.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner above named be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail    in    the     event    of   arrest      or   surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before       the    learned     court     below      within     a<\/p>\n<p>                   period       of     twelve     weeks      from       today     in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.46 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount   each   to   the   satisfaction      of   the<\/p>\n<p>        learned C.J.M.Bhabua(Kaimur) subject to the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n<p>        of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>U.
