MISHRA\n                                        ------\n         For the Petitioners            :        M\/s A.K.Chaturvedi &amp; J.S.Singh, Advocates\n         For the State                  :        A.P.P.\n                                        ------\n\n6\/ 17.11.2011<\/pre>\n<p>          Both these bail applications arise out of the same case and as such,<br \/>\n         they are taken up together and disposed of by this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for<br \/>\n         the Prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under<br \/>\n         Sections 341, 302, 307, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the<br \/>\n         Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, in connection with Ranka P.S. Case<br \/>\n         No. 76 of 2007 corresponding to G.R. No. 693 of 2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       According to F.I.R., about 50 persons belonging to the extremists<br \/>\n         group fired indiscriminately on the buses and trucks, in which one bus driver<br \/>\n         was injured and one truck driver was killed and other persons were injured.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the<br \/>\n         petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R., rather, the petitioners have been<br \/>\n         made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused as also on the<br \/>\n         basis of statements of some witnesses, who have stated that culprits were taking<br \/>\n         names of each other, in which, the names of these petitioners transpired. Learned<br \/>\n         counsel has accordingly prayed for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners,<br \/>\n         Vikash Sao, Jokhan Singh and Ramjee Paswan, on bail. Accordingly, the<br \/>\n         petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail<br \/>\n         bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount<br \/>\n         each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa, in<br \/>\n         connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 76 of 2007 corresponding to G.R. No. 693<br \/>\n         of 2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                  ( H. C.
