Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :29\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n               T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                  W.P ( C) No.3097 of 2009\n                     --------------------------\n              Dated this the 29th January,2009\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner   is   one     of    the     legal heirs    of<\/p>\n<p>Sri.K.P.Moideenkutty. A.M.U.P. School Vadakkangara is<\/p>\n<p>is an aided school which was under the ownership and<\/p>\n<p>management of Sri.K.P.Moideenkutty.            Exhibit-P1 is a<\/p>\n<p>partition deed executed between certain legal heirs.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier the members of the              Educational Agency<\/p>\n<p>appointed Sri.K.P.Mohammed as the Manager, which was<\/p>\n<p>approved by the Department. According to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit-P1 is a deed which has the effect of a constitution<\/p>\n<p>and bye-laws till the constitution and bye-law are<\/p>\n<p>prepared and approved by the Department. Petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved by Exhibit-P8 order by which her request for<\/p>\n<p>getting appointment was rejected. Aggrieved by Exhibit-<\/p>\n<p>P8, she has filed Exhibit-P9 before the Director of Public<\/p>\n<p>Instructions.    Petitioner seeks for a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>Director of Public Instruction to hear and dispose of<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No.3097 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Exhibit-P9 within a specified time limit.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Since Exhibit-P9 is an appeal which is filed<\/p>\n<p>under the relevant statutory provision, the same has to be<\/p>\n<p>disposed of, in accordance with law, after hearing the<\/p>\n<p>respondents therein.
