JMFC,<br \/>\nMACT, Hunsur, awarding compensation of Rs. 1,?5,4DO\/~ with<br \/>\ninttzrcst at 15% pa.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">-2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This appeal coming on for &#8216;Hearing&#8217; this day, the Court<br \/>\ndelivexed the following:\n<\/p>\n<p>s <\/p>\n<p>This appeal is by the Insurance Company ques\ufb01oxIeiI&#8221;;ge&#8217;\u00a7r1e&#8217;V;~ &#8221; <\/p>\n<p>liability.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. The claimant is the mother of the&#8217;;._ <\/p>\n<p>a road accident on 13.2.1997. It is\u00bbAti*:z&#8217;;t,  <\/p>\n<p>was Working as a coolie and<br \/>\nNo.KA-12\/2443. Hewever, thcf\u00e9f \ufb01g;  loiijfdziee the<br \/>\nsame in a rash and negligent   of Which.<\/p>\n<p>the lorry over     (fwd on the<\/p>\n<p>spot due to  \\&lt;.;::\u00a7:,\\  ~ &#039;V<\/p>\n<p>3. The  the matter on the<br \/>\nquestion of.    that. the deceased was<br \/>\ng1%if{1itoes&#8217;:e-\ufb01asseenger  in a goods vehicle and there is<\/p>\n<p>no of compensation for the loss of life of a<\/p>\n<p> travelling in a goods vehicie nor there is<\/p>\n<p>  the provisions cf Section 147 of the Motor<br \/>\n wee-Ce<\/p>\n<p>   tribunal on consideration of the same. at para 9<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; V  f L&#8217; *   observed that;\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">-4-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6. The Apex Court also considered the case of National<br \/>\nInsumnce Co. Ltd. Vs.
