The petitioners are accused 4<\/p>\n<p>and 5. Altogether there are 13 accused persons. The victims<\/p>\n<p>belong to the BJP. The petitioners allegedly belong to the C.P.M.<\/p>\n<p>Political animosity is the alleged motive. The alleged incident<\/p>\n<p>took place on 30\/7\/2007.            The petitioners were arrested on<\/p>\n<p>4\/8\/2007. They are remaining in custody from that date.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned counsel for the petitioners prays, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer on<\/p>\n<p>condition that appropriate safeguards are insisted in the<\/p>\n<p>interests of the law and order situation in the locality and I am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied that regular bail can be granted to the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>subject to appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   In the result, this petition is allowed. The petitioners<\/p>\n<p>shall be released on bail on the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n<p>      i)   They shall execute bonds for Rs.50,000\/- (Rupees fifty<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to<\/p>\n<p>the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.5040\/07                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     ii)    The petitioners shall make themselves available for<\/p>\n<p>interrogation before the investigating officer between 10 a.m<\/p>\n<p>and 12 noon on all Mondays for a period of two months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of their release.
