P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is husband of the deceased and as per fardbeyan<\/p>\n<p>                    of the informant itself, the informant came to know about incident<\/p>\n<p>                    from the petitioner. Furthermore, it would appear from perusal of the<\/p>\n<p>                    fardbeyan of the informant that the deceased was got admitted in<\/p>\n<p>                    hospital by the petitioner and she died after eight days of the alleged<\/p>\n<p>                    occurrence and thereafter the instant case was registered.<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the<\/p>\n<p>                    informant lodged the present case under some mis-conception and<\/p>\n<p>                    when he came to know about the real fact, he filed a petition before<\/p>\n<p>                    the learned court below mentioning about innocence of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    and his other family members.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    AnkitKumar Dikshit, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>                    Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                    satisfaction of Sri S.K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class,<\/p>\n<p>                    Patnacity in Malsalami P.S.
