(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Learned counsel for the parties state that they have no objection<\/p>\n<p>if the matter is remanded back with a direction to the Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>Judge, Rewari to decide the matter a fresh after hearing both the parties.<\/p>\n<p>            In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the parties, the order dated 16.07.2008 passed by the Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>Judge, Rewari is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Additional<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> CRR No. 2271 of 2008                                                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sessions Judge, Rewari to decide afresh after hearing both the parties within<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of the appearance of the parties.
