As per Ext.P5 Government order, 25 per<\/p>\n<p>cent of all daily wage employment vacancies in the 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>Corporation are reserved to be filled up by dependent sons of<\/p>\n<p>deceased abkari workers. The petitioner also submitted an application<\/p>\n<p>for considering him for appointment in the reserved vacancies. The 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent has prepared a list of persons eligible to be appointed in<\/p>\n<p>such reserved vacancies. The petitioner&#8217;s name has not been included<\/p>\n<p>therein. Therefore, the petitioner has filed Ext.P7 representation<\/p>\n<p>before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on the same expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    I have heard the learned standing counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned standing counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>for the 3rd respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.
