Bachani for the applicants &#8211;<br \/>\noriginal petitioners.  The learned advocate for the applicants<br \/>\ncandidly submitted that, as he had filed Vakalatnama duly signed by<br \/>\nthe Chief Administrative Officer of Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage<br \/>\nBoard (GWSSB), when the matter was notified for non-removal of office<br \/>\nobjections on 9th March 2011, he carried impression that,<br \/>\nas Vakalatnama is already filed duly signed by the Chief<br \/>\nAdministrative Officer, no other Vakalatnama is required to be filed.<br \/>\n Later on, when he inquired about the matter, he learnt that the<br \/>\nmatter is dismissed for non-removal of office objection (filing of<br \/>\nVakalatnama). He then asked the petitioner to send Vakalatnama, duly<br \/>\nsigned by petitioner No. 2 i.e. Executive Engineer, Public Health<br \/>\nMachinery Division of GWSSB.  It is in these circumstances that   the<br \/>\npetition stood dismissed for non-removal of office objection.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.1\tTo<br \/>\nshow his bona fide, the learned advocate for the applicants &#8211;<br \/>\npetitioners states that, he will deposit an amount of Rs.1,500\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees One thousand five hundred only) in Advocates&#8217; Library.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.
