Several contentions have been taken up challenging the<\/p>\n<p>order of suspension on merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    Order of suspension is capable of review and could be revoked<\/p>\n<p>by the same authorities under Rule 10 (6) of the Kerala Civil Services<\/p>\n<p>(Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1960.<\/p>\n<p>       3.    It is open to the petitioner to file an application under Rule 10<\/p>\n<p>(6) of the Kerala Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules,<\/p>\n<p>1960 in the first instance pointing out the circumstances under which the<\/p>\n<p>order of suspension could be revoked.<\/p>\n<p>       If the petitioner files such an application, within two weeks from<\/p>\n<p>today, it shall be dealt with by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law<\/p>\n<p>and orders shall be passed thereon, within four weeks thereafter. Such<\/p>\n<p>order shall be passed after affording an opportunity of being heard by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                              (V.GIRI, JUDGE)<br \/>\nma<\/p>\n<p> K.THANKAPPAN,J<\/p>\n<p>CRL.A.
