Savani appearing on behalf of<br \/>\npetitioner and learned AGP Mr. Sharma appearing for respondent state<br \/>\nauthority.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPetitioner<br \/>\nhas made representation having grievance for not considering in post<br \/>\nof ASI from Head Constable.  Therefore, representation was made on<br \/>\n14\/4\/2011.  Even though learned advocate Mr.Savani submitted that<br \/>\nwhile ignoring aforesaid representation made by petitioner a<br \/>\npromotion order has been issued by respondent on 31\/5\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIf<br \/>\nthat be so, let petitioner may make further detailed representation<br \/>\nand point out reasons on what basis petitioner is entitled to be<br \/>\nconsidered for promotion in post of ASI.  If any rules are there let<br \/>\nthat rules may be pointed out to other side in representation.  Let<br \/>\npetitioner may make detailed representation within a period of<br \/>\nfifteen days from date of receipt of copy of present order.
