He had earlier approached this Court and this Court<\/p>\n<p>directed him to file an appeal. Pursuant to the appeal, the matter was<\/p>\n<p>remanded, but the original authority rejected the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>contention. Now the petitioner has filed Ext.P11 appeal before the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P11 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>            In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P11 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within three<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                      S.SIRI JAGAN, JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>bkn\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court V.
