The\n\nsaid'ic1airn'spetition had come up for consideration before the\n\n Triblunaii; The Tribunal after assessing the oral and\n\nif  dolctunentary evidence and other material available on\n\n file, has allowed the claim petition in part and awarded the\n\n4\n\nZ, MM.\u00bb\n\n\n\ncompensation of ?3,04,000\/-- under different heads with\n\ninterest at 6% p.a., from the date of petition till of\n\ndeposit. Not being satisfied with the compensatioiil.'\n\nby the Tribunal, the appellants have presented lappealpfor . \n\nenhancement of compensation.\n\n4. 5. After careful  t}.1ev’m’atei’ial available on
\nrecord at threariblare.  judgment and
\naward   it emerges that, the
\noccurrence.  death of the accident in
\nthe  dispute. It is also not in dispute
\nthat deceased  about 23 years and working as<\/p>\n
Cleaner_:’ The Ti’ib1i.nal has assessed the income of the<\/p>\n
‘deceased,;;itAA”‘\u00a7’3,O00\/– per month for calculating loss of<\/p>\n
 the same is just and proper and we accept<\/p>\n
 the44″sanoreiVxAs per Schedule\u00bb II to Section l63–A of<\/p>\n
 ifllp\/EQTV-..lAct, if the income of the deceased is taken at<\/p>\n
 $3,000\/– per month, the appellants are entitled for a<\/p>\n
compensation of ?6,48,000\/– towards loss of dependency<\/p>\n
since deceased was aged about 23 years. Out of if<\/p>\n
1\/3″ is deducted towards the personal <\/p>\n
