Nalanda.                .....O.Ps\n                                  ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   25.08.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant<\/p>\n<p>                 and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                 Complaint Case No. 950C\/2010 for the offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                 section 498(A), 323, 406\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and is<\/p>\n<p>                 named accused in this case with the allegation of demand of dory,<\/p>\n<p>                 torture etc.<\/p>\n<p>                                Submission is that petitioner still intends to resume<\/p>\n<p>                 and continue the matrimonial relationship with the complainant,<\/p>\n<p>                 who is one and only wife of the petitioner and he further intends<\/p>\n<p>                 to pay a sum of Rs. 500\/- per month by way of ad interim<\/p>\n<p>                 maintenance to the complainant subject to any order of competent<\/p>\n<p>                 court on the point.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                 the event of his filing an application before the Court below<\/p>\n<p>                 clearly stating such intentions as stated above, begin with the<\/p>\n<p>                 payment, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                 below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                 of S.D.J.M.
