SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 30\/08\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tPursuant<br \/>\nto the order dated 16\/08\/2011 passed by this Court, one Ramkishor<br \/>\nMoolchand Lalwatt, who is serving as Deputy Secretary (Home), Union<br \/>\nTerritory Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa is<br \/>\npersonally present in the Court and has filed an affidavit. He has<br \/>\nalso tendered unconditional apology for not responding earlier<br \/>\nNotices of this Court. He has also submitted that the matter is<br \/>\nrequired to be placed before Sentence Review Board, Union Territory<br \/>\nof Dadra and Nagar Haveli and has to take appropriate decision<br \/>\nconsidering the report of the State of Gujarat. Therefore, it is<br \/>\nrequested to grant 30 days time to constitute Sentence Review Board<br \/>\nfor Union Territory of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli as well as to take<br \/>\nappropriate decision in the matter. Hence, S.O. to 30\/09\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIn<br \/>\nthe meantime, the concerned authority of Union Territory of Dadar and<br \/>\nNagar Haveli to constitute the Sentence Review Board and take<br \/>\nappropriate decision as required under Section 433-A of the Code of<br \/>\nCriminal Procedure considering the Report of the Jail Superintendent,<br \/>\nDistrict Jail, Surat and\/or of the State of Gujarat and place the<br \/>\nsaid decision before this Court on the next date of hearing i.e.<br \/>\n30\/09\/2011.
