Jawahar Lal\n\nName of the Public Authority:     Ministry of Railways.\n\nFact:\n\n1.     The appellant, an ex-employee, has grievances regarding alleged pre-\nmature retirement. In this context, he has asked for certain information in the\nform of various queries, which have been replied.\n\n2.     In his response, the CPIO has stated that the appellant retired on the\nbasis of the record of his date of birth, and the court has also examined the\nmatter.\n\nDecision:\n\n3.     There is no denial of information u\/s 8(1) of the Act. Nor there are any\nprovisions in the Act for redressal of grievances of the respondent's<\/pre>\n<p>employees.
