Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.9.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under sections 376, 511, 354\/34 of the IPC and sections<\/p>\n<p>                    1(X)(XI) of the SC\/ST Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Allegedly, petitioner caught hold of the informant with<\/p>\n<p>                    intent to commit rape on her.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                    that even if prosecution story is assumed to be true, then also, at<\/p>\n<p>                    best, it is case of section 354 of the IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner, Bhola Saw, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds<\/p>\n<p>                    of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                    satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Ariari<\/p>\n<p>                    (Kasharh) P.S.
