Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                  W.P.(C) No. 34375 of 2010 V\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n         Dated this the 15th day of November, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petitioner&#8217;s grievance is against unauthorised and<\/p>\n<p>illegal installation of the hoardings and flux boards in the<\/p>\n<p>national highway in front of the shop of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, due to the presence of the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>hoardings and other boards, the entire view of his shop<\/p>\n<p>building is blocked, which adversely affects his business. It is<\/p>\n<p>stated that the representations made to the authorities for<\/p>\n<p>removal of the hoardings and flux boards have not evoked<\/p>\n<p>any response and, therefore, this writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Leaned counsel for the petitioner invites my<\/p>\n<p>attention to Ext.P2 photograph and Ext.P3 judgment rendered<\/p>\n<p>by this Court in identical circumstances and seeks similar<\/p>\n<p>directions.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    I heard the Standing Counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 and 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.34375\/10<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     4.     Since the issue raised in the writ petition is similar<\/p>\n<p>to the one dealt with in Ext.P3 judgment, I do not think it<\/p>\n<p>necessary issue notice to the third respondent.<\/p>\n<p>     5.     In the light of the averments in the writ petition and<\/p>\n<p>in view of Ext.P3 judgment, this writ petition is disposed of,<\/p>\n<p>directing that the first respondent shall take appropriate action<\/p>\n<p>for removing the unauthorised hoardings and flux boards, if<\/p>\n<p>necessary, with the assistance of respondents 3 and 4 as<\/p>\n<p>well.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Petitioner to produce a copy of this judgment along with<\/p>\n<p>a copy of this writ petition before the first respondent for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                              Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       (ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE)<br \/>\naks<\/p>\n<p>                             \/\/ True Copy \/\/<\/p>\n<p>                                     P.A.
