MEHTA)<\/p>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\nfiling this application, the applicant-original petitioner has made a<br \/>\nprayer to recall order dated 22.09.2010 and to review and to set<br \/>\naside the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard learned advocate, Mr. G.R.Malhotra and perused the memo of<br \/>\nreview application. The only ground for review is incorporated in<br \/>\nparagraph 8 of the review application.            It appears from the<br \/>\naverments made therein that the only ground agitated is that the<br \/>\nBench did not consider the representation of the<br \/>\napplicants\/petitioners at Annexures B,C and D, which formed part of<br \/>\nthe pleadings, as stated in paragraphs 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the<br \/>\npetition. In our considered view, scope of review is limited and<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the applicant has not been able to point out<br \/>\nthat there is any error apparent on the face of the record of the<br \/>\ncase. Therefore, if according to the applicant, this court has not<br \/>\nconsidered the representations, the applicant has other remedy<br \/>\navailable in law, and hence, this review application cannot be<br \/>\nentertained.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe result, the review application fails and stands dismissed.
