Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\n\nAjay Tewari, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>                   After arguing for sometime learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this writ petition and states that<\/p>\n<p>he will move an appropriate application for grant of pension and provident<\/p>\n<p>fund and that the respondent-bank be directed to consider the same as per<\/p>\n<p>law within a specified time frame.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   I find this request to be genuine.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   This petition is dismissed as withdrawn while reserving<\/p>\n<p>the liberty to the petitioner to agitate his application for pension\/provident<\/p>\n<p>fund before the respondent-bank.
