No.35560 of 2010\n                                         BHOLA SAH\n                                             Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2      15.11.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                    learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner Bhola Sah apprehends his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.29 of 2008 registered<\/p>\n<p>                    under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act.<\/p>\n<p>                               Allegedly, petitioner purchased grains of BPL<\/p>\n<p>                    from co-accused, but admittedly the aforesaid grains were<\/p>\n<p>                    recovered from Bathan not belonging to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                    Moreover, police after due investigation submitted final form<\/p>\n<p>                    showing the petitioner not sent up for trial.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the aforesaid circumstance the above named<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner in the event of his arrest \/ surrender within 30 days<\/p>\n<p>                    from receipt of the order in connection with Pipra P.S.
