the course of employment \ufb01hiIeVdischargihg:\u00a7he
\nduty as a loader and ahioaderi”\u00aeihere\u00a3ore, the
\ninsurer” is liable \ufb01to’\ufb01iedemniiyi the insured in
\nrespect of the c1aiadef\ufb01#%\u00a7,\u00a2i\u00e9i\ufb01ants. In that
\nview’ of _thed2@atter;{:th\u00e9gidom\ufb01issioner directed
\nthe ihs\u00a7%e% \ufb01g hag cod\ufb01ehsation. By accepting
\nthe case of the ciaimahts regarding the income<\/p>\n
of the deceased} the Commissioner quantified the<\/p>\n
_o compehsatioh”payable at Rs.2,82,061\/–.<\/p>\n
