Learned Government Pleader has made available a<\/p>\n<p>copy of the order dated 15.12.2008, wherein it is stated as<\/p>\n<p>follows:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                         &#8220;As per the letter read as 2nd paper above, the<br \/>\n            District Collector, Ernakulam has furnished proposal for creation<br \/>\n            of a post of Part Time Sweeper in Village Officer, Asamannoor<br \/>\n            and for regularisation of the existing Casual Sweeper, based on<br \/>\n            the conditions stipulated in the Government Order read above.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                         The Assistant Engineer, PWD Buildings Section has<br \/>\n            certified that the sweeping area of village office, Asamannoor is<br \/>\n            112.85 M2.
