it  :2. Essential facts leading to this appeal are that,<\/p>\n
V”-adppellant herein is defendant, respondent is plaintiff in<\/p>\n
OS.N0.255\/2003 on the \ufb01le of Civit Judge [Jr.I)n), Mandya
\ninitiated for recovery of a sum of RS.32,’700\/~ with interest at<\/p>\n
2% per month from the date of suit till realisation basing the<\/p>\n

\u00a31. It is seen that the first appellate Court has rightly
\naccepted the contention of plaintiff regarding lending of
\nmoney and on reappreciation of facts, documents and<\/p>\n
evidence on record has rightly decreed the suit awarding<\/p>\n
ewg<\/p>\n

interest only at 10% p.a. from the date of <\/p>\n
decree of suit till realisation. This Court is of the  <\/p>\n
judgment and decree passed byfthe”firstpappellatei is T. it<\/p>\n
well reasoned, based on p:roper”ap’prAeciati’on”of:<\/p>\n
evidence on record and does\u00bb_n”ot call for int_erfe’:ence in this<\/p>\n
appeal.\n<\/p>\n
5. At  juiictuie,  Cnoiinsel for appellant<\/p>\n
    a talkvlfor settlement between the
\nlearned ‘-Counsei:.for.._:app-ellant and respondent. Learned<\/p>\n
Counsel\ufb02foijvvapp’ellant'”‘submits that respondent is ready to<\/p>\n
‘receive only prin’c’i’p’le amount ie., Rs.20,000\/- and settle the<\/p>\n
 V  between parties. However. counsel for respondent<\/p>\n

seen that there is no merit in this appeal for admission, for
\nthe reason that, no substantial question of law arises for
\nconsideration in this appeal. Hence, the appeal is required<\/p>\n
