Case No. 341 of 2010 in which he is on bail and in<\/p>\n<p>                     present case for having a loaded country made pistol, he is<\/p>\n<p>                     in custody since 10.09.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking that into consideration, prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner for bail is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let the above named petitioner be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>                     bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                     with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria<\/p>\n<p>                     (Bairgachhi) P.S.
