Information Sought                                     PIO&#8217;s Reply\n<\/p>\n<p>1.     Copies of documents submitted by PDME course at Central Calcutta polytechnic, Kolkata<br \/>\n       WBSCTE\/DTE&amp;T                         with was approved by AICTE during the year 1994-95 as per<br \/>\n       application\/request                   for records available at ERO or AICTE, Kolkata. During<br \/>\n       accreditation\/recognition\/approval of those day, either the Institution or Director of Technical<br \/>\n       PDME course of CCP-specially those Education (Diploma matter) of Concerned State used to<br \/>\n       documents, which were required to be sent the proposal of Govt. Institution for additional<br \/>\n       submitted as per AICTE norms and Courses \/increase in intake. Since, the case is old and<br \/>\n       regulations for approval of new related to year1994-95, the copy of the application<br \/>\n       course.                                   submitted by the institution\/DTET is not available at<br \/>\n                                                 this stage and such old documents on which the decision<br \/>\n                                                 is already completed are also not kept due to shortage of<br \/>\n                                                 space and document keeping policy.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     Names of the facilities appointed for At present all Diploma matters are being processed<br \/>\n       teaching and training of PDME under decentralized system through State Level<br \/>\n       course of CCP since its beginning till Committee where Secretary dealing with Technical<br \/>\n       date, along with their educational Education (Diploma) of the concerned State is the<br \/>\n       qualification      and      background member secretary. There is no system of keeping the<br \/>\n       experiences, if any. Please give a names of faculties alongwith their education<br \/>\n       year-wise break up to the list of qualification, background etc. at Regional Office of<br \/>\n       faculties since beginning till date.      AICTE, Kolkata for every Diploma Institution, at<br \/>\n                                                 present, due to decentralized system.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     Please specify whether AICTE Under decentralized system, all Visits are carried out by<br \/>\n        conducted any inspection of CCP for      the DTET of the Concerned State, as and when required,<br \/>\n       evaluation of various aspects of         not by ERO of AICTE, Kolkata. If the record has been destroyed, the PIO must provide a<br \/>\ncopy of the destruction of records. If the records are lost, the Public authority will file a Police<br \/>\ncomplaint and send a copy to the appellant.
