DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 23\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis stated that the trial has already commenced but only two or three<br \/>\nwitnesses have been examined and no progress is made any further.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court is directed<br \/>\nto make all the endeavour and efforts to complete the trial as early<br \/>\nas possible, preferably within six months from the date of writ of<br \/>\nthis order. If the trial is not over within six months, it will be<br \/>\nopen to the applicants to take appropriate remedy in accordance with<br \/>\nlaw.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the applicants does not press and  seeks permission to<br \/>\nwithdraw this application at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPermission<br \/>\nis granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\napplication stands disposed of as withdrawn.
