He has further<br \/>\nstated that petitioner shall surrender\/appear before the<br \/>\nIllaqa Magistrate on or before 13.05.2011 and shall seek<br \/>\nregular bail therefrom.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However,<br \/>\npetitioner     shall    surrender\/appear           before     the   Illaqa<br \/>\nMagistrate on or before 13.05.2011 as undertook by the<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the petitioner.
