( Oral )<\/p>\n<p>               After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states<\/p>\n<p>that at this stage, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition<\/p>\n<p>with liberty to first approach the Chief Secretary to Government Haryana,<\/p>\n<p>by making a representation raising all the points raised in this petition, to<\/p>\n<p>the effect that the order dated 11.5.2009, passed by the Directorate of Rural<\/p>\n<p>Development, Haryana, is contrary to the findings given by the Chief<\/p>\n<p>Secretary in his order dated 12.3.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case in<\/p>\n<p>pursuance of the order dated 11.5.2009, an FIR is registered against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, it will also be open to him to challenge the same in appropriate<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> CWP No. 7494 of 2009                                                 -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>proceedings. If any representation to the aforesaid effect is filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to the Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, it is expected that<\/p>\n<p>the same will be decided expeditiously.
