Nos. 973 &amp; 974 OF 2006\n\n                          ---------------------\n\n\n               Dated this the 28th  day of March, 2007\n\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>        An affidavit has been filed by the Under Secretary to the<\/p>\n<p>Social   Welfare   Department   on   26th  March,   2007.     In   the   last<\/p>\n<p>sentence of Para.3 of that affidavit, it is stated as follows:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       &#8220;Order   regularising   these   19   employees   including<\/p>\n<p>       the petitioner will be issued within one month after<\/p>\n<p>       observing the formalities&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>        I record the above assurance and dispose of the Contempt<\/p>\n<p>Case   Civil   directing   the   Government   to   honour   the   assurance<\/p>\n<p>which has been given to the petitioners as per the above quoted<\/p>\n<p>sentence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        PIUS C.
